Why the first episode of Ranch Soil was deleted?

Because it was false information. The truth is Narumi-hime-sama is different from the Central Sun of the Universe. That's why the Ranch Soil web series was canceled. It lasted for only 1 episode and was a commentary video thing on YouTube. The show was going to be about spiritual materialism.
